Independent Practice of the Year
Can be self-nominated or nominated by optical suppliers and providers to independent practices.
Provide wording and images if applicable examples of things are, renovations, team, customer service, local industry involvement ( ie chamber of commerce, schools, sporting teams, charity), good news stories, staff retention, practice financial or patient results. Its up to you!
Sales Representative of the Year
Nominated by independent optical businesses as to who gives the best service to your practice and how they have gone above and beyond to help.
Window Dressing
Best independent practice window dressing – two different images per practice.
Supplier of the Year
Nominated by independent optical businesses. Who is your favourite supplier and why?
Instrument of the Year
Nominated by independent practices as to what instrument (type and brand) is used in the practice and is highly valued and why.
Top Customer Service Team
Nominated by independent optical businesses. Who is your favourite supplier and why?
Versatile Frame of the Year
Nominated by independent practices. What frame has stood out over the last 12 months for its appeal to people, its versatility for different shape faces, colour range, adaptability etc. ( nominate maximum of 3 each)
Voting for the Independent Practice Awards may be adjusted to reflect industry representation in each state, based on the number of practices relative to the estimated total number of independent practices. In the event of tied results, we reserve the right to award multiple prizes or seek input from independent judges.
